However, the address for the project you request funding must be in Alabama. If you’re not an Alabama Power customer, but the project address is within the state, we will set up an account for your convenience, solely designated for your project. You will receive bills from this account and can pay online or by mail. It’s really that easy! Can I apply with a co-applicant? Yes. Either the primary applicant or the co-applicant must own the home and land as designated on the deed. It’s worth noting that if the project is located at a mobile home residence, the applicant must own the mobile home and land.
